Essa DB é compatível com o Gesior, e com o TFS que eu estou usando?

Sim, na verdade não tem nada a ver com o executavel, tem haver com o gesior mesmo.

Essa db é normal, funciona em qualquer um.

Agora só você adicionar as tabelas que você mesmo citou ali em cima e abrir seu gesior, verificar se não possui nenhum erro!
