3° liberou as portas no firewall << eu desativei o Firewall!

Eu não coloquei meu ip ali Pq é ip da minha VPS "DEDICADO!

De acordo com o config.lua parece estar tudo OK.

Se tivesse o IP do servidor eu poderia fazer uns testes aqui para saber mais a respeito.

Conseguiu colocar ele on ?
