Error unable to load config.lua

Boa noite, estou com o seguindo problema ao iniciar o servidor "Error unable to load config.lua", esse problema surgiu depois que importei o arquivo sql no phpmyadmin,, criei o banco de dados com o nome "otserv" e fiz as alterações na cfg.lua, quando vou abrir o server deixo o xampp na versão recomendada rodando apache e mysql e no-ip também.

 vou estar disponibilizando a cfg lua casa alguém posso tentar me ajudar. essa cnf lua veio toda misturada em apenas 5 linhas e com muitas tutorias de cada função então tive que editá-la, ela faz parte do Avesta 7.6
