Baixei um Mapa Global 8.6 Tudo certo quando vou conectar o servidor, Acontece isso:

não entendi muito bem se você vai por ele só para vc entra ou para todos entrarem 
ip = "127.0.0.1" <<< --- esse Ip é para ficar Offline, ou sega só você pode-rá entrar, se vc for por com um site ou para outras pessoas entrarem mude-o  para o Ip que vc crio la no no-ip

e agora só dá isso:

 ERRO: Couldn't estabilish connection to SQL database.

Isso está acontencendo porque você está utilizando um servidor MySQL e certamente não criou a database no Phpmyadmin, ou talvez caso esteja utilizando o Xampp você ainda nao configurou o mesmo completamente.
