Galera , finalmente consegui criar meu site porém não consigo logar na conta do Administrador, no PhpMyAdmin aparece uma senha totalmente diferente da qual eu coloquei , porém nem a senha que eu coloquei , nem a senha que está no PhpMyAdmin estão logando :/ , Alguem sabe oque pode ser ?   

Verifique está Criando em Sha1 ou Md5
