Eu tenho um server de wodbo dbko e já faço mudanças nele a algum tempo, mas até agora não consegui adicionar o comando tecnicas (para abrir as magias do players), já adicionei scripts e nada... 

Sou meio leigo então peço por favor que me ajudem !!!

Abra em Data/Talkactions/Scripts e copie algum arquivo e cole, renomeie para tecnicas, abra o arquivo e cole o seguinte script:
