Me Parece que a DataBase é Muito Grande eo Xamp Nao esta configurado para isso.

Tente fazer esse Procedimento : Xampp Control Painel/apache clique em CONFIG Dps em PhP.ini

CTRL+F e Procupe Upload_max  e Procure tambem Max_size troque os numeros eles para 20

EX: Upload_max_Size: 10 troque para 20 

EX: Max_size: 8 Troque Para 20.

PEsquese oque falei que o nome inteiro aparece-ra.
