entao, estou criando a conta mais, quando eu tento logar ela aparece esse erro, isso só acontece no site, no cliente loga normal

Já tentou comentar essa função date_default_timezone_set() , e reiniciar seu servidor web.

Tenta abrir o php.ini 

procura por ;date.timezone

e tira o ;  deixando apenas date.timezone = "America/Recife"   salve e reinicie o apache
