Error na hora da compilação

Estou tentando compilar a source, mas só dá esse error, alguem poderia me ajudar a resolver isso? estou tentando dxa um ot online usando a vps do google clound.  já conseguir resolver uma vez, mas agora nao to conseguindo. alguem pode me ajudar pfv?

esse arquivo "mysql.h" não  tô sabendo como instalar ele.
