Esta rodando o mysql no seu computador? Esta com a senha do root certa?

Olá estou com um leve problema não consigo abrir meu ot mesma coisa que o mlk la em cima..

Failed connecting to database - MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) (2003) .. estou com o xammp aberto e tudo mais

senha direitinho e tudo só q mesmo assim segue dando isso , o meu vai ter site e tudo por isso não posso por sqlite.

ake ta do msm jeito e tenho 1 otserve que eu boto o meu ip e ele nao entra ainda nao descobri como rezouver ele so abri com o ip que tava antes quando boto meu ip ele nao abriu
