Provavelmente no momento da compilação, faltou alguma biblioteca!

Faça o seguinte, execute o seguinte comando

apt-get install libboost-all-dev libboost-dev libboost-filesystem1.42-dev libboost-doc libboost-date-time1.42-dev

Logo após instalar, recompile o distro!

Instale as dependências (considerando 0.4):

 

apt-get install update
apt-get install git subversion autoconf build-essential pkg-config libboost-dev libgmp3-dev libxml2-dev liblua5.1-0-dev libmysqlclient-dev ccache libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-regex-dev libboost-system-dev libboost-thread-dev screen libssl-dev

 

Abra a pasta das sources (presumo que você já sabe como fazer isso) e execute a linha:

 

sh ./autogen.sh && ./configure --enable-server-diag --enable-mysql --enable-root-permission && make -j $(nproc)

 

Caso você use debian 8+, substitua o libmysqlclient-dev por libmariadbclient-dev-compat.
