OTserver Funciona, mas existem erros

Olá. Sou novo por aqui e não sei muito bem como funciona, então gostaria de pedir ajuda para resolver os seguintes erros que estão acontecendo em meu server. 

 

Um deles é que algumas escadas e sewers não estão funcionando. E o outro eu ainda não identifiquei, mas sei que há algo de errado pois aparecem essas informações quando o otserver fica online:

SE alguém puder me ajudar a resolver algum desses problemas, ficarei muito grato!

Se não for um servidor que você colocou várias coisas de sua autoria(server baixado) sugiro que baixe outro.

O que posso fazer é que mostre o spell "energy wave(exevo vis hur)" e o outro para ver exatamente qual o problema, pois o que tô podendo ajudar melhor é o energy wave.

O sistema de guild wars está totalmente bugado, sugiro que pegue esse sistema de outro server e teste.

Já o problema do SQLITE, não sei o que é. Acho que seria melhor trocar o servidor para não ter dor de cabeça de consertar tudo.
