[Resolvido] [AJUDA] Erro Ao Logar !

Galera estou com um erro no meu otserv que e o seguinte eu ligo meu server na VPS Normalmente sem erros ! Mas quando os players vão logar aparece o seguinte erro !

 

Cannot Connect to the game server.

 

Error:Connection refused. (10061)

 

Ja abri as portas no firewall a 7171 e a 7172 para os dois UDP,TCP (Lembrando meu servidor esta na VPS , tem internet com IP fixo !)

Você ligou a sua DataBase através do XAMPP ou de outro programa MySQL ?
