    no arquivo .xml do npc adicione embaixo da linha do looktype e antes da linha parameters  ficando assim:
     
    <look type="137" head="115" body="94" legs="78" feet="114" addons="0"/>
     
    <voices>
    <voice text="Attention! Attention! I have important information about the HOUSES, talk to me now!" interval2="26" margin="1" yell="no"/>
    </voices>
     
     <parameters>
     
    você pode escrever qualquer frase e na frente fica a configuração de intervalo e yell
