@Listrik não estou sabendo utilizar o wamp muito bem... Tambem não estou conseguindo entrar no localhost/phpmyadmin.

Tambem já fiz a reinstalação com limpeza total dos arquivos... Nossa parece que é pra tudo dar do contra eu leio e releio as coisas pra entender e to muito animado pra criar um otserv e tudo dando do contra, se souber de qualquer outra coisa me avisa por favor

@kemmlly você diz se eu tentei colocar localhost:80 e localhost:8080 no navegador para tentar acessar o admin do apache? bom tentei agora e tambem não funciona, demorei pra responder aqui pois fiz passo a passo tudo o que você me passou e sempre ocorre os mesmos problemas. Estou usando XAMP : xampp-win32-1.6.5-installer Plataforma Windows 7 professional service pack 1

@Kemmlly fiz esses procedimentos todos que você me passou e quando mudei só o httpd.conf para 83 como no video. ele iniciou mas o httpd-ssl.con eu não modifiquei, se eu modificar ele não inicia, porem se eu não modificar o httpd-ssl.conf e iniciar o apache só com httpd.conf modificado eu não consego entrar no localhost mesmo utilizando localhost83/

@Kemmlly fiz o procedimento do skype sem sucesso, o meu "Serviços de Informações da Internet" já estava desmarcado, você falou em instalar o xampp, no caso você quer que eu faça sua reinstalação do zero e faça o outro procedimento? Obs: meu firewall está desativado, nunca o deixou ativado isso pode interferir nos procedimentos?

Bom @Kemmlly eu removi o # do listen mas não adiantou o apache nao inicia ele fica assim Vou te enviar os arquivos HTTPD.conf e HTTPD-SSL.conf httpd.conf httpd-ssl.conf

Consegui resolver esse problema obrigado @kemilly, to tentando configurar o apache para adicionar as portas 8090 mas algo me diz que to fazendo errado olha ai as imagens vê se está certo: Eu estou adicionando no arquivo HTTPD.CONF SERVERNAME LOCALHOST :80 JÁ NO HTTPD-SSL estou adicionando <virtualhost _default_:443> o que mais preciso fazer, eu li em tutoriais que tinha que trocar todos os 80 por 8090 mas fiquei em duvida se eu mudo todos exceto o servername localhost :80 ou tambem substituo ele por 8090 e no ssl mesma coisa eu tenho que substituir todos 443 sem exceções em todo tipo de frase e paragrafo?
