I checked all effects ,missile and it works but emptyid ,usedon and usedoff items dosen't work .Problem is with item

No, i don't see any errors in console as if everything was alright

Well ,I add new item master ball ,texture,effect,massile, in object builder and item editor I add entry in lib/core/newfunction and in item.xml and problem is that i can't catch pokemon with my masterball and I don't have any ideas why. When i click right mouse button on masterball and i want catch doduo for example a message is displayed "You cannot use this object"
