You need to purchase a spell before using it, exactly as it used to be on vanilla. Monster Rarity Mechanics: If a monster has an active target, it retains its rarity. Lose that target for 15 minutes, and it resets. Cheating Punishments: Zero tolerance. Punishments range from permanent account bans to full connected accounts removals.
