E o no-ip vc que colocou o ip lá ? ou ele foi automaticamente?

Ta errado essa configuração da porta no modem tem que colocar 192.168.1.1 ou 192.168.1.100 ver no ipconfig

Win 7 é muito trabalho eu recomendo usar win 10 x64 eu tinha esse problema de win 7 e acabei mudando para win 10 x64

Acho que ta configurado é errado esse IP é da onde? Eu fiz teste aqui usando seu arthuria-global.com ele ta me redirecionando para arthuriaglobal.servegame.com @Edit Se vc tirar o ip e colocar arthuria-global.com e ele usar com servegame.com será redirecionado para arthuria-global.com
