Olá! Desde já peço desculpas caso eu tenha postado na área errado, e agradeço a ajuda de todos.
A situação é aseguinte, eu baixei um OTServ old, porém ele é mysql, tentei ver mil e uns tutoriais de como usar o xampp e tudo mais, porém no champ deu tudo certo, mas na hora de abrir o arquivo executável do OT ele aparece erro ao conectar com o database, tive a ideia de passar para sqlite, que acho muito mais simples, obviamente terei de ver como cria o account manager vulgo 1/1, mas não é o foco da dúvida, o problema é, mesmo passando pra sqlite, e pegando a database.s3db de um outro OTServ já feito em sqlite, ele deu o mesmo erro!! segue abaixo o config.lua, e um print do executável
