Fala galera, tudo certo? Seguinte, eu tinha um OT serv uma vez, mas a muito tempo kkk e eu tava afim de jogar um dnv, só que so eu. Tipo, não tenho internet no pc de mesa, apenas no notebook e quero rodar um OT, baixei o Tibia 7.6 Avesta063 que encontrei aqui no TK. Só que como eu não tenho internet no pc de mesa ele me dá MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL Server on localhost (10061). Alguem ai sabe ajudar? Vlw!!

Use uma DB sqlite em vez de mysql. Depois mude SQL_Type = "mysql", para SQL_Type = "sqlite", e aqui  SQL_DB   = "teste", colo que o nome da DB  SQL_DB   = "Nome da DB"
