Minhas wands e rods estão batendo muito pouco, chegando a errar hit, ja olhei em weapons e ta normal min e max..alguem sabe resolver?

 

Minha firewalkerboots nao regenera com enchanted ruby, diz qe nao posso encantar o item. Alguem ajuda?
