ja tentou trocar a database?

Troquei, inclusive já usei as databases em sha1 e plain.(Importando denovo  cada troca de criptografação).

 

DUVIDA SANADA TÓPICO PODE SER FECHADO!

 

OBS:Eu estava pulando uma fase da instalação do site, porque outrora ela estava travando a database, mas agora está instalando normal
