Problem with addons!

Greetings, i have an problem with my ot, i no have idea what is, tfs or my gesior acc, because when i make account and new character, do not give him all the outfits, counting in my config.lua my server, i've modified the outfits are for everyone, not only for premiums, someone has an observation about it?
Here is part of my config.lua:

disableOutfitsForPrivilegedPlayers = false

allowChangeOutfit = true

allowChangeColors = true
allowChangeAddons = true

addonsOnlyPremium = false

Anymore thing to change?
