Cara isso so arruma no roteador, vai no roteador coloca advanced -> firewall -> DMZ e coloca seu IPV4 q pegou do cmd ~ ip config. e da apply...
 
vai em advanced -> NAT -> Virtual server add ports coloca la 7171 7172 e a public port como o IPV4 e é isso aí
