o erro do topico saiu mas apareceu esse

comentei a linha do ip no config.lua e passou para o de baixo

qual erro da usando essa?

o config está normal 

o erro que da usando essa de cima é esse:

ta rodando no xampp do windows 10 a unica coisa que eu mudei foi o caminho do server em outro arquivo.

$ret = @eval("return $value;");  é o correto. 

como coloco o caminho ?
