Erro Dev C++ ao compilar

Quando fui compilar meu TFS usando Dev C++,o exe não foi criado e apareceu esse erro:

28 30 C:\Users\user\Desktop\Sources NTO White\otpch.h [Error] libxml/xmlmemory.h: No such file or directory

Como eu posso arrumar esse erro?
