Amigo, se sua internet for via cabo que vem direto do provedor, é só entrar no site http://www.noip.com/. criar sua conta, assim que criar sua conta e logar no site. na pagina inicial vai ter algumas opções: Manage Domains, Add Domain, Add a Host, Manage Host e Account information. Acessa a opção Add a Host. Apenas escreva o nome do seu ip no caso lalalala. e do lado escolhe o que vc quiser no saco servergame.com, Vai la no final e "Add Host". Baixa o programa do no-ip no site mesmo e depois disso loga no programa e marca na caixinha o host que você fez. Pronto sua mascara de ip é essa.

 

agora baixa o Xampp, e o gesior. 

O gesior você cola dentro da pasta do seu Xampp/htdocs.

Abra seu config.lua (Do seu server) procura por (ip = ") e ali você apaga o ip que tiver e coloca o seu criado "lalala.servergame.com"

salva e fecha.

 

vai no seu firewall, e desbloqueie as portas 7171, 7172, 80, 8090, 8080. tudo UDP.

e for internet por hoteador abra o hoteador e libere essas portas, se for modem faça a mesma coisa.

 

 

 

A liberação das portas 8080, e 8090 só se faz necessária se ele realizar a alteração no Apache do Xampp, mas algo me diz que ele não mudará isso, então apenas a porta 80 será necessária no caso...

Na maioria das vezes os outros jogadores não conseguem entrar pela porta 80. tendo então que modificar a porta para 8090 no xampp. Foi esse o motivo de ter falado  para ja abrir a porta. mas obrigado por complementar a resposta.

liberei todas udp e tcp no firewall e no roteador e mesmo assim nao vai!

Sempre que você for abrir o ot ou o site, você antes de tudo, abra o programa do no-ip. porque isso que vai fazer funcionar o ot e o site rodar.
